Sustainable Strategy & Asset Management

Kim brings together extensive expertise in sustainability and governance including strategy development and implementation, climate risk management, integrated water management, sustainable behavioural change and stakeholder engagement. She brings more than 15 years’ experience across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.

Kim’s is able to combine her early experience in asset management and energy efficiency of major infrastructure with her six years’ experience as a Non-Executive Director and Treasurer of a rapidly growing charity. She utilises this experience to identify and overcome implementation barriers for the effective delivery of strategic objectives.

Kim is at her best when she is seeing and bringing together multiple perspectives, using critical thinking and collaboration to build positive solutions. She breaks down barriers by taking the time to listen to stakeholders, bringing the group back to the core objective to develop solutions.
