Experienced C-Suite executive with over 20 years of public company C-Suite experience including CFO/CEO of Crown Resorts for 11 years and previously CFO of Boral Limited for 10 years. Also professional services experience with 10 years at Arthur Andersen including one year as partner.

Ken joined the Champions of Change Coalition in 2017 (formerly Male Champions of Change) and developed a series of gender diversity and equality initiatives that became Crown Resorts’ gender action plan.

Ken’s experience in over 30 years of professional services and public company experience includes leadership, change management and systems implementations. He also has a deep understanding of the need to balance social priorities with other corporate fundamentals including employee engagement, shareholder returns, customer satisfaction and community expectations.

Ken also led Boral and Crown’s internal IT teams including systems design and implementation and systems strategy. He was also CEO of Crown’s digital businesses from 2017. This led to the development f Gender Fitness combining the gender equality initiatives championed at Crown with the digital solution capability of the IT and digital products groups.
